احترام الأديان أصبح مسئولية جماعية

تبني مجلس حقوق الإنسان العالمي الاقتراح المصري‏-‏ الباكستاني بعدم استغلال حرية التعبير للإساءة الي الأديان او التحريض ضدها أو إشاعة الآراء المحرضة علي الكراهية والتمييز هو خطوة مهمة علي طريق احترام معتقدات البشر كحق أصيل من حقوقهم وفقا للمواثيق والقوانين الدولية‏.‏ فألف باء مفهوم الحرية الذي تعلمناه هو أن حريتي تنتهي عندما تبدأ حرية الآخرين.....‏ فالقرار الذي اتخذه المجلس الدولي جعل قضية حماية الأديان والمعتقدات مسئولية دولية وأوجب علي الجميع وفي مقدمتهم الأمم المتحدة والحكومات الأعضاء فيها أن تعمل وتتعاون علي القيام بهذه المسئول‏.

Last year, Egypt’s wind power capacity ranked 21st in the world, producing about 310 megawatts, up from 145 in 2005. Still, this figure is dwarfed by the 3,129 megawatts generated in Denmark, 15,145 in Spain and 22,247 in Germany. Egypt was ranked just one spot above Belgium, a country with less than one-seventh the population and one-thirtieth the land.

علماء وبرلمانيون يعتبرون تعديلات قانون الطفل ضد الشريعة والدستور.

نشرت المصري اليوم:
علماء وبرلمانيون يعتبرون تعديلات قانون الطفل ضد الشريعة والدستور.. و«القومي للطفولة» يراها مطلبًا شعبيا

رفض علماء الدين الإسلامي وأعضاء في مجلس الشعب، مقترحات تعديل قانون الطفل رقم ١٢ لسنة ١٩٩٦، خصوصًا تلك المتعلقة بـ«حظر توثيق عقد الزواج لمن يبلغ الثامنة عشرة من الجنسين.. والحبس مدة لا تقل عن ثلاثة أشهر ولا تتجاوز سنتين لمن أجري أو شرع في إجراء ختان لأنثي، ومعاقبة كل من ارتكب جرمًا ضد طفل وتضاعف تلك العقوبة إذا كان من والديه..»،........

علي الجانب الآخر، قالت الدكتورة مشيرة خطاب، أمين عام المجلس القومي للأمومة والطفولة، إن القانون لا يخالف الشريعة الإسلامية في أي بند من بنوده، ووصفته بأنه تعبير وطني مصري عن كل فئات الشعب استغرق ٥ سنوات من العمل الدؤوب والمناقشة، علي مستوي مصر كلها، وأغلبه اقتراحات من الجمعيات الأهلية التي أخذت آراء المواطنين في مختلف المحافظات، لذا جاء معبرًا عن احتياجات المجتمع. إنتهى

كأسرة بهائية, نحن لا نؤمن بضرب الطفل كوسيلة للعقاب, ولكن نتبع طرق أخرى منها: منع الطفل من اللعب لعدة دقائق أو الجلوس وحيدا لفترة قصيرة. وفي كل الأحوال يجب أن يعرف الطفل لماذا عُوقب. إيضا العقاب يكون مباشرة بعد إرتكاب الطفل تصرف سىء. وأخيرا العقوبات بسيطة ومعقولة مع إحاطة الطفل بكل الحب والعطف والرعاية.

الزواج فى الأمر البهائى يكون بعد سن الخامسة عشر ولا يتم إلا بموافقة والدي الزوجة والزوج وسًن حضرة بهاء الله هذا الحكم ليوطد بنية المجتمع ويقوى أواصر العائلة ويبعث فى نفوس الأبناء الأحترام والأعتراف بالجميل لأولئك الذين جاءوا بهم إلي الحياة.

Islam and Christianity

Here is Abdu'l-Baha lecture in Paris 1911 wondering Why:
"Christ was the Prophet of the Christians, Moses of the Jews -- why should not the followers of each prophet recognize and honour the other prophets also? If men could only learn the lesson of mutual tolerance, understanding, and brotherly love, the unity of the world would soon be an established fact".

Alas! It is misguided ones like these who are the cause of division and hatred upon earth. Today there are millions of people who still worship idols, and the great religions of the world are at war among themselves. For 1,300 years, Christians and Musslems have been quarrelling, when with very little effort their differences and disputes could be overcome and peace and harmony could exist between them and the world could be at rest!

In the Qur'án we read that Muhammad spoke to his followers, saying:
'Why do you not believe in Christ, and in the Gospel? Why will you not accept Moses and the Prophets, for surely the Bible is the Book of God? In truth, Moses was a sublime Prophet, and Jesus was filled with the Holy Spirit. He came to the world through the Power of God, born of the Holy Spirit and of the blessed Virgin Mary. Mary, His mother, was a saint from Heaven. She passed her days in the Temple at prayer and food was sent to her from above. Her father, Zacharias, came to her and asked her from whence the food came, and Mary made answer, "From on high." Surely God made Mary to be exalted above all other women.'

This is what Muhammad taught His people concerning Jesus and Moses, and He reproached them for their lack of faith in these great Teachers, and taught them the lessons of truth and tolerance. Muhammad was sent from God to work among a people as savage and uncivilized as the wild beasts. They were quite devoid of understanding, nor had they any feelings of love, sympathy and pity. Women were so degraded and despised that a man could bury his daughter alive, and he had as many wives to be his slaves as he chose.

Among these half animal people Muhammad was sent with His divine Message. He taught the people that idol worship was wrong, but that they should reverence Christ, Moses and the Prophets. Under His influence they became a more enlightened and civilized people and arose from the degraded state in which He found them. Was not this a good work, and worthy of all praise, respect and love?..........

Muhammad recognized the sublime grandeur of Christ and the greatness of Moses and the prophets. If only the whole world would acknowledge the greatness of Muhammad and all the Heaven-sent Teachers, strife and discord would soon vanish from the face of the earth, and God's Kingdom would come among men.

Bahá'u'lláh spent His life teaching this lesson of Love and Unity. Let us then put away from us all prejudice and intolerance, and strive with all our hearts and souls to bring about understanding and unity between Christians and Musslems. (Abdu'l-Baha, Paris Talks)

ما هو هدف الدين

"إِنَّ دِينَ اللهِ وَمَذْهَبَهُ قَدْ نُزِّلَ وَظَهَرَ مِنْ سَمَاءِ مَشِيئَةِ مَالِكِ الْقِدَمِ لِمَحْضِ اتِّحَادِ أَهْلِ الْعَالَمِ وَاتِّفَاقِهِمْ فَلاَ تَجْعَلُوهُ سَبَبَ الاخْتِلاَفِ وَالنِّفَاقِ. وَلَمْ يَزَلِ الدِّينُ الإِلَهِيُّ وَالشَّرِيعَةُ الرَّبَّانِيَّةُ السَّبَبَ الأَعْظَمَ وَالْوَسِيلَةَ الْكُبْرَى لِظُهُورِ نَيِّرِ الاتِّحَادِ وَإِشْرَاقِهِ. وَنُمُوُّ الْعَالَمِ وَتَرْبِيَةُ الأُمَمِ وَاطْمِئْنَانُ الْعِبَادِ وَرَاحَةُ مَنْ فِي الْبِلاَدِ مَنُوطٌ بِالأُصُولِ وَالأَحْكَامِ الإِلَهِيَّةِ. فَهِيَ السَّبَبُ الأَعْظَم لِهَذِهِ الْعَطِيَّةِ الْكُبْرَى تَهَبُ كَأْسَ الْبَقَاءِ وَتُعْطِي الْحَيَاةَ الْخَالِدَةَ وَتَمْنَحُ النِّعْمَةَ السَّرْمَدِيَّةَ. .... نَطْلُبُ مِنْ مَظَاهِرِ الْقُدْرَةِ الإِلَهِيَّةِ أَعْنِي الْمُلُوكَ وَالرُّؤَسَاءَ أَنْ يَبْذُلُوا الْهِمَّةَ عَسَى أَنْ يَرْتَفِعَ الْخِلاَفُ مِنْ بَيْنِ الْبَرِيَّةِ وَيَسْتَنِيْرُ الآفَاقُ بِنُورِ الاتِّفَاقِ. يَجِبُ أَنْ يَتَمَسَّكَ الْكُلُّ وَيَعْمَلَ بِمَا جَرَى مِنَ الْقَلَمِ الأَعْلَى." بهاءالله

Know thou assuredly that the essence of all the Prophets of God is one and the same. Their unity is absolute. God, the Creator, saith: There is no distinction whatsoever among the Bearers of My Message. They all have but one purpose; their secret is the same secret. To prefer one in honor to another, to exalt certain ones above the rest, is in no wise to be permitted. Every true Prophet hath regarded His Message as fundamentally the same as the Revelation of every other Prophet gone before Him. If any man, therefore, should fail to comprehend this truth, and should consequently indulge in vain and unseemly language, no one whose sight is keen and whose understanding is enlightened would ever allow such idle talk to cause him to waver in his belief.

ما الفرق بين المواطنين في دولة عظيمة مثل دولتنا ولافتات الشوارع؟

مقالة جميلة وطريفة بقلم محمد سلماوى نشرت في المصري اليوم:

فكرة صائبة جدا تلك التي خرجوا بها علينا أخيرا بأن يكتب في خانة الديانة ببطاقة كل مسلم انتقل إلي الدين المسيحي أنه «مسلم سابقا»، ألا يكتب علي لافتات الشوارع اسمها الحالي واسمها السابق أيضا، فيقال شارع كامل الشناوي «النباتات سابقا» أو شارع سيزوستريس «النهوند سابقا»؟ فما الفرق بين المواطنين في دولة عظيمة مثل دولتنا ولافتات الشوارع؟

في الوقت الذي أصبحت الدول الديمقراطية المتخلفة لا تسأل أي مواطن عن ديانته، واختفت تماما خانة الديانة من بطاقات الهوية في الغرب، وأصبح بمقدور أي مواطن أن يقاضي أي جهة حكومية أو غير حكومية، إذا أصرت علي معرفة عقيدته ويحكم له بأكبر التعويضات، فإن المحكمة عندنا أصدرت حكما ليس فقط بالالتزام بتحديد ديانة كل مواطن، وإنما أيضا بإضافة الديانة السابقة إذا كانت هي الإسلام.

علي أن الإصرار علي لفت نظر كل من ينظر في بطاقة المسلم المتنصر إلي أن حاملها هو «مسلم سابقا» ما هو إلا تمسك محمود من جانب الدولة بهذا المواطن، باعتباره كان مسلما في يوم من الأيام، كما أنها حماية له أيضا من موظفي الدولة، سواء في أقسام البوليس أو في مصلحة الشهر العقاري أو المرور، والذين قد يتصورون أنه مسيحي أبا عن جد، فيعاملونه أسوأ مما يعاملون المسلمين، كأن يلطعونه ثلاث ساعات مثلا قبل قضاء مصالحه، بينما لا تتعدي الفترة التي يلطعون فيها بقية المواطنين الساعتين أو الساعتين والنصف علي أكثر تقدير، أما في أقسام البوليس فلا تفرقة علي الإطلاق بين مسلم ومسيحي فكلهم أمام القدر سواء.....مختصر.

حدث في مصر الجديدة

ملات الطالبة استمارات التقدم لامتحان الثانوية العامة مرحلة اولى وكتبت ديانتها من واقع شهادة الميلاد وكتبت اقرار ان تمتحن فى الدين الاسلامى ولم يرضى رئيس المرحلة الاولى ثانوية عامة بالكنترول المركزى للثانوية العامة بالسيدة زينب بذلك وقرر تسليمها استمارة دخول الامتحان عن طريق المدرسة وشطب على اسمها بالقلم فى سجلات الطلبة المتقدمين لامتحان الثانوية العامة وقال لهم بالحرف الواحد لو مش مسلم ملكش حاجة عندى وبنتك حتتحرم من دخول الامتحان !!!!!!! . و

اليكم ما كتبته الطالبة المهدر حقها فى استمرار التعليم

هل عندما يتقدم الانسان لامتحان الثانوية العامة يجب ان يكون مسلماً او مسيحياً ؟؟ و اذا كان غير ذلك فليس له الحق في التعليم او دخول الامتحانات لمجرد انه لم يكذب وكتب ما يعتقد في خانة الديانة ؟؟ …..استمارة الثانوية العامة عبارة عن (الاسم, اسم الوالد , الجنسية , الديانة

إلخ) عندما انقل البيانات من واقع شهادة الميلاد اكتب الاسم مطابق و الجنسية مطابقة و غيرها و اذا كتبت غير ذلك يُعتبر تزوير, و لكن عند خانة الديانة ايحق لي ان اكتب غير ديانتي و لا يُعد ذلك تزويراً ؟ لقد منعوني من دخول امتحان الثانوية العامة لاني ادين بالدين البهائي فهو ديني و معتقدي و لن اتنازل عنه …و انا اتصور ان اي شخص في مكاني لن يتنازل عن كتابة دينه و معتقده في الاوراق الرسمية , فهل من العدل و الانصاف حرماني من التعليم لاني ادين بالبهائية ؟؟؟ انتهت كلام الطالبة ويبقى التساؤل الى متى ستظل وزارة التربية والتعليم تفرق وتمييز ضد الطلبة الاخرين وتجبرهم على الغش والتزوير . اين حق هذه الطالبة فى التعليم ؟؟.. نقلا عن د. بسمة موسى

"المادة الاولي من دستور جمهورية مصر العربية تحمي المواطنة و تضعها في صدارة مواد الدستور بما تعنيه هذه الكلمة من مساواة في الحقوق و الواجبات و التمتع بخيرات هذا الوطن طالما توافرت الشروط وانه لا انتقاص لتلك الحقوق بسبب الدين او اللون او الجنس والمادة الاربعون من ذات الدستور تؤكد علي المساواة بين جميع المواطنين بصرف النظر عن الجنس او اللغة او الدين. المادة 46 من الدستور نصت علي ان الدولة تكفل حرية العقيدة لجميع المواطنين بصرف النظر عن الجنس او اللغة او الدين و لم يضع الدستور في هذه المواد جميعها اية قيود علي هذه الحرية و جاءت الاتفاقيات الدولية التي وقعت عليها مصر في هذا الشأن و خاصة الاعلان العالمي لحقوق الانسان و اتفاقيتي العهد الدولي للحقوق السياسية و المدنية اعتبرت مصر ان تلك الاتقاقيات و المواثيق الدولية نافذة في مصر فنص في الدستور المصري في المادة 151 علي ان جميع الاتفاقيات و العهود الدولية التي وقعت عليها مصر تصبح نافذة و يعمل بها مثلها مثل القوانين المحلية ......." د. نجيب جبرائيل
