In God's eyes we are created equal. That means both girls and boys all have intelligence, capacities and talents regardless of gender and biological differences they have.
Boys and girls in a Baha'i family are treated equally. Both have the same rights and responsibilities at home, at school..etc. Our children are trained to help in general household tasks; cleaning their rooms, washing dishes, welcoming guests..etc. We encourage our children to finish their school, go to higher eduction / training and be a productive member in our society.
"Women and men have been and will always be equal in the sight of God"
