this A man was sleeping one night in his cabin when suddenly his room filled with light, and Angle appeared. The Angle told the man he had work for him to do, and showed him a large rock in front of his cabin. The Angle explained that the man was to push against the rock with all his might. So this the man did, day after day.
For many years he toiled from sun-up to sun-down, his shoulders set squarely against the cold, massive surface of the unmoving rock, pushing with all of his might. Each night the man returned to his cabin sore and worn out, feeling that his whole day had been spent in vain. Since the man was showing discouragement, the Adversary (Satan) decided to enter the picture by placing thoughts into the weary mind: "You have been pushing against that rock for a long time and it hasn't moved." Thus, he gave the man the impression that the task was impossible and that he was a failure. These thoughts discouraged and disheartened the man. Satan said, "Why kill yourself over this? Just put in your time, giving just the minimum effort and that will be good enough." That's what the weary man planned to do, but decided to make it a matter of prayer and to take his troubled thoughts to the Lord. "Lord," he said, "I have labored long and hard in your service, putting all my strength to do that which you have asked. Yet, after all this time, I have not even budged that rock by half a millimetre.
What is wrong?Why am I failing?" The Angel responded compassionately, "My friend, when I asked you to serve Me and you accepted, I told you that your task was to push against the rock with all of your strength, which you have done. Never once did I mention to you that I expected you to move it. Your task was to push. And now you come to Me with your strength spent, thinking that you have failed. But, is that really so?
Look at yourself. Your arms are strong and muscled, you’re back sinewy and brown, your hand are callused from constant pressure, your legs have become massive and hard. Through opposition you have grown much, and your abilities now surpass that which you used to have. True, you haven't moved the rock. But your calling was to be obedient and to push and to exercise your faith and trust in My wisdom. That you have done.
Now, I, my friend, will move the rock.” At times, when we hear a word from God, we tend to use our own intellect to decipher what He wants, when actually what God wants is just simple obedience and faith in Him. By all means, exercise the faith that moves mountains, but know that it is still God who moves the mountains. Violence Against Women العنف ضد النساء

تخيل والدتك أو أختك أو أبنتك, حسب الأحصائيات, واحدة من ثلاثة سوف تكون ضحية للعنف. العنف ضد النساء والبنات قديم جدا ونتائجه مدمرة للأسرة والمجتمع. للأسف الشديد العنف ضد النساء مستمر حتى الأن فى معظم المجتمعات. ملاين النساء والبنات يعانبن من تاثير العنف كل ثانية. أمثلة الإغتصاب, الإجهاض بالقوة, الضرب, الإضطهاد الجسدى والمعنوى, الطهارة للبنات, الحرمان من التعليم والعلاج, الإجبار على الزواج, القتل, البغاء , ....إلخ "أكثر من ستين مليونا من البنات والسيدات من الممكن أن يكونا أحياء اليوم فقدن حياتهن بسبب العنف" مفهوم البهائية هو أن العنف ضد النساء هو تهديد مباشر لتقدم الجنس البشري .....نحن كأسرة لانستخدم العنف مع أطفالنا ولكن نعلمهم بالحب والقدوة الحسنة فى التعامل ونشركهم معنا فى المشورة وإتخاذ القرار

حرية الفكر فى الإسلام - جمال البنا

أضاف جمال البنا في ندوة "حرية الفكر في الاسلام" التي إستضافتها دار هفن للترجمة والنشر، مساء السبت 22 من نوفمبر:

"هناك علاقة وثيقة بين حرية الفكر والأديان، فالأديان يجب أن تكون دعوة للحرية وليس للتعصب، والحرية في الإسلام هي جزء من الآلية التي قال عنها العقاد أنها "فريضة إسلامية" وأضاف البنا أن كل آيات القرآن تدعو إلى حرية الفكر وسوء فهم الدين هو سبب تخلف الشعوب."انتهى

نتفق تماما مع الأستاذ جمال البنا في أن سوء فهم الدين هو سبب المشاكل الحالية بين الأديان. وفي رأينا أن رجال الدين هم السبب الرئيسى لسوء الفهم. فالأديان جميعا تدعو لمكارم الأخلاق والرقى بالأنسان والمجتمع...............

من كتابات حضرة بهاء الله في كتاب الإيقان:
إنَّ علماء العصر في كلِّ الأزمان كانوا سببًا لصدِّ العباد، ومنعهم عن شاطئ بحر الأحديّة، لأنَّ زِمام هؤلاء العباد كان في قبضة قدرتهم. فكان بعضهم يمنع النَّاس حبًّا للرّياسة، والبعض الاخر يمنعهم لعدم العلم و المعرفة. كما أنّه بإذن علماء العصر وفتاويهم قد شرب جميع الأنبياء سلسبيل الشّهادة، وطاروا إلى أعلى أفق العزَّة. فكم ورد على سلاطين الوجود، وجواهر المقصود، من ظلم رؤساء العهد، وعلماء العصر، الّذين قنعوا بهذه الأيّام المحدودة الفانية، ومنعوا أنفسهم عن الملك الّذي لا يفنى، كما حرموا عيونهم من مشاهدة أنوار جمال المحبوب، ومنعوا آذانهم عن استماع بدائع نغمات ورقاء المقصود. ولهذا ذكرت أحوال علماء كلّ عصر في جميع الكتب السّماويّة كما قال تعالى: ﴿يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لِمَ تَكْفُرُونَ بِآيَاتِ اللّهِ وَأَنتُمْ تَشْهَدُونَ﴾ وكما قال ﴿يَا أَهْلَ الْكِتَابِ لِمَ تَلْبِسُونَ الْحَقَّ

Are you rich or poor?

One day a wealthy father took his young son to spend the night with a very poor family with the purpose of showing him the reality of life for other people who did not have a lot of money to spend.

On their return home, the father asked his son what he thought about the experience and he replied, ‘Dad, it has been a very good experience.’

I have learned that we have one dog and they have four, we have a very nice swimming pool but they have the river, we have a sun roof and they have the sky with the stars and the moon, we have a beautiful porch with a big garden and they have the forest.

While the child was speaking the father was almost out of breath from hearing the things his son was telling him. Then the child added,‘Thanks Dad for showing me how poor we are.’

When we take time to measure what we have, the result is our perception of life.
If we have love, friends, health, sense of humour and positive thinking, we have everything in life.If we are poor of spirit then ... we have a problem!

عبد البهاء وإثبات نبوة سيدنا محمد في باريس 1911

في يوم الجمعة الموافق 27 تشرين الأوّل 1911 ألقى حضرة عبد البهاء هذه الخطبة أمام الّذين معه في منزل مسيو دريفوس في باريس
هو الله
لمّا كانت تعاليم حضرة بهاء الله تدعو إلى توحيد جميع البشر وإيجاد منتهى الألفة والاتّحاد في ما بينهم لذلك يجب أن نبذل كلّ ما في وسعنا كي يزول سوء التّفاهم القائم بين الملل. كما يجب أن نبحث قليلاً في سوء التّفاهم الواقع بين الأديان حتّى إذا زال سوء التّفاهم هذا تمّ الاتّحاد الكلّيّ وحصل منتهى الألفة بين جميع الملل.
إنّ السّبب الأصلي لهذا الاختلاف والجدال هو علماء الملل. ذلك لأنّ كلّ فريق من هؤلاء قد أفهم رعيّته أنّ الله غضب على سائر الملل فحرمها من رحمة الرّحمن.
لقد اتفق لي وأنا بطبريّة أن كنت أسكن بجوار معبد لليهود إذ كان المنزل الّذي أنزل فيه مشرفًا عليه. ورأيت حاخام اليهود يعظ ويقول: يا أمّة اليهود! أنتم شعب الله وبقية الأمم شعب غيره. خلقكم الله من سلالة إبراهيم ووهب لكم الفيض والبركة، وفضّلكم على سائر العالمين. اختار منكم إسحاق وبعث يعقوب واصطفى يوسف وأرسل موسى وهارون وسليمان وداود وإشعيا وإيليا. وجميع هؤلاء الأنبياء من شعبكم. ومن أجلكم أغرق آل فرعون وشقّ البحر وأنزل لكم مائدة من السّماء، وأجرى لكم من الصّخر ماء. فأنتم عند الله مقرّبون. إنّكم أبناء إسرائيل أي أبناء الله الممتازون على جميع الملل وسوف يأتي المسيح الموعود وعندئذٍ تعتزّون وتحكمون جميع ملل العالم. وأمّا سائر الملل فيرتدّون مخذولين مرذولين، وقد فرح اليهود من قوله هذا وسرّوا سرورًا لا يمكن وصفه. وكذلك الحال بالنّسبة لجميع الملل. فسبب اختلافهم ونزاعهم وجدالهم هو علماؤهم. ولكن لو تحرّى هؤلاء عن الحقيقة لحدث الاتّفاق والاتّحاد بلا شكّ. ذلك لأنّ الحقيقة واحدة ولا تقبل التّعدّد.
فيا طالبي الحقيقة
إنّ كلّ ما سمعتوه حتّى الآن من الرّوايات في حقّ سيّد الكائنات سيّدنا محمّد عليه السّلام كان منبعثًا عن الغرض والتّعصب الجاهل. ولم يكن مطابقًا للحقيقة قط. وها أنا اليوم أبيّن لكم الحقيقة الواقعة. ولن نروي لكم الرّوايات ولكنّنا سنتحدّث بميزان العقل. ذلك لأنّ وقائع الأزمنة السّابقة لا بدّ من وزنها بميزان العقل. فإن طابقته قُبلت وإلاّ كانت غير أهل لأن تُعتمد.
أوّلاً إنّ ما تقرأونه من طعن بسيّدنا الرّسول عليه السّلام في كتب الكهنة يشبه الكلام الّذي يقال في السّيّد المسيح في كتب اليهود. لاحظوا ماذا قيل في السّيّد المسيح وهو برغم ما هو عليه من العظمة والجلال وفي الوقت الّذي بعث فيه بوجه صبيح ونطق فصيح.
يلاحظ اليوم أنّ نصف أهل العالم من عبدة الأصنام والنّصف الآخر قسمان: القسم الأعظم من المسيحيّين والقسم الثّاني من
المسلمين أمّا بقية الملل الأخرى فقليلة. ولذلك فهذان القسمان هما المهمّان. ولقد استمر النّزاع والجدال ألفًا وثلاثمائة سنة بين المسلمين والمسيحيّين في حين أنّ سوء التّفاهم هذا يمكن أن يزول بأمر يسير وتحلّ محلّه الألفة فلا يبقى جدال ولا نزاع ولا قتال. وهذا ما نريد أن نبيّنه.
عندما بعث سيّدنا محمّد عليه السّلام اعترض أوّل ما اعترض على عشيرته الأقربون إذ لم يؤمنوا بالتّوراة والإنجيل. وهذا منصوص في القرآن وليس من الرّوايات التّاريخيّة. قال لِمَ لَمْ تؤمنوا بجميع النّبيّين ولماذا لم تؤمنوا بالنّبيّين الثّمانية والعشرين الّذين ورد ذكرهم في القرآن. والقرآن ينصّ على أنّ التّوراة والإنجيل من كتب الله، وأنّ سيّدنا موسى كان نبيًّا عظيمًا، وأنّ السّيّد المسيح ولد من الرّوح القدس، وأنّه كلمة الله، وأنّ السّيّدة مريم مقدّسة. لا بل إنّ القرآن ينصّ على أن السّيّدة مريم لم تكن مخطوبة لأحد، وأنّها كانت معتكفة منزوية في قدس الأقداس بأورشليم، وأنّها كانت منقطعة للعبادة ليل نهار، وأنّ مائدة من السّماء كانت تأتي إليها. وكان كلّما دخل عليها زكريا أبو يحيى المحراب ووجد عندها رزقًا فيسألها من أين لك هذا يا مريم فتجيب مريم هو من عند الله من السّماء. ونصّ القرآن أيضًا على أن السّيّد المسيح تكلّم في المهد وأنّ الله اصطفى مريم وفضّلها على نساء العالمين هذه هي نصوص القرآن حول السّيّد المسيح.
وقد لام سيّدنا محمّد عليه السّلام قومه ووبّخهم إذ لم يؤمنوا بالمسيح وموسى. فقالوا إذا آمنا بالمسيح وموسى والتّوراة والإنجيل فماذا نفعل بآبائنا وأجدادنا الّذين نفتخر بهم؟ فقال سيّدنا محمّد من لم يؤمن بالمسيح وموسى فهو من أهل النّار. هذا نصّ القرآن وليس من روايات التّاريخ. بل إنّه قال لا تستغفروا لآبائكم ودعوا أمرهم لله فإنّهم لم يؤمنوا بالسّيّد المسيح ولا بالإنجيل، هكذا لام محمّد قومه.
وقد بُعث سيّدنا محمّد في وقت لم يكن فيه لدى هذه الأقوام مدنيّة ولا تربية ولا إنسانيّة وبلغ توحّشهم درجة أنّهم كانوا يدفنون بناتهم أحياء، وكانت النّساء لديهم أحطّ من الحيوان وكانوا يتعطّرون ببول الأبل ويشربونه. بين هؤلاء النّاس بعث سيّدنا محمّد. فربّى هذه الأقوام الجاهلة بحيث تفوّقوا على سائر الطّوائف في زمن قصير. فأصبحوا علماء من أهل المعرفة والدّراية والصّناعة. ونصّ القرآن يقول بأنّ النّصارى أودّاؤكم، ولكن عليكم أن تمنعوا بشدة عبدة الأصنام من العرب عن عبادة الأصنام والهمجيّة. هذه هي حقيقة الإسلام. فلا تنظروا إلى أفعال بعض أمراء الإسلام. ذلك لأنّ أعمالهم لا صلة لها بسيّدنا محمّد. اقرأوا التّوراة لتجدوا كيف كانت الأحكام. ثمّ انظروا ماذا فعل ملوك اليهود. واقرأوا الإنجيل تروا أنّه رحمة بحتة. فقد منع السّيّد المسيح النّاس جميعًا من الحرب والقتال. وحين سلّ بطرس سيفه أمره السّيّد المسيح بأن يعيد السّيف إلى غمده. أمّا الأمراء المسيحيّون كم سفكوا من الدّماء وكم ظلموا النّاس كذلك حكم الكثير من القساوسة بما يخالف تعاليم السّيّد المسيح.
مقصدي من هذا هو أن المسلمين يعترفون بأنّ السّيّد المسيح هو روح الله وكلمة الله وأنّه مقدّس واجب التّعظيم، وأنّ موسى كان نبيًّا عظيم الشّأن وصاحب آيات باهرات، وأنّ التّوراة كتاب الله.
وخلاصة القول إنّ المسلمين يكنّون للمسيح ولموسى أقصى التّمجيد والتّقديس. فلو قابل المسيحيّون نبيّ الإسلام بالمثل فقدّسوه ومجّدوه إذن لزال هذا النّزاع. فهل ينتكس إيمان المسلمين؟ أستغفر الله ماذا لحق بالمسلمين من أذى أو ضرر لتمجيدهم السّيّد المسيح؟ وأيّ ذنب اقترفوا؟ إنّهم على العكس أصبحوا مقرّبين إلى الله لأنّهم إذ أنصفوا وقالوا إنّ السّيّد المسيح روح الله وكلمة الله. ثمّ أليست نبوّة محمّد ثابتة بالدّلائل الباهرة؟
من بين البراهين على نبوّة سيّدنا محمّد القرآن الّذي أوحى الله به إلى شخص أمّيّ وإحدى معجزات القرآن أنّه حكمة بالغة، وأنّه يقيم شريعة في غاية الإتقان كانت بمثابة روح لذلك العصر. وفضلاً عن ذلك فقد بيَّن من المسائل التّاريخيّة والمسائل الرّياضيّة ما خالف القواعد الفلكيّة الّتي سادت في ذلك الزمان. ثمّ ثبت أنّ منطوقه كان حقًّا. في زمان محمّد كانت قواعد بطليموس الفلكيّة مسلّمًا بها في الآفاق وكان كتاب المجسطي هو أساس القواعد الرّياضيّة عند جميع الفلاسفة إلا أنّ منطوقات القرآن جاءت مخالفة لتلك القواعد الرّياضيّة المسلّم بها. ولهذا عمَّ الاعتراض بأنّ آيات القرآن هذه دليل على عدم الاطّلاع. إلا أنّه بعد مرور ألف سنة اتّضح من تحقيق الرّياضيّين وتدقيقهم أنّ كلام القرآن مطابق للواقع، وأنّ قواعد بطليموس الّتي كانت أساسًا لأفكار آلاف الرّياضيّين والفلاسفة في اليونان والرّومان وإيران باطلة.
فمثلاً من بين مسائل القرآن الرّياضيّة تصريحه بحركة الأرض وقد كانت قواعد بطليموس تقرّر أنّ الأرض ساكنة. وكان الرّياضيّون القدامى يقولون بأنّ الشّمس تتحرّك حركة فلكيّة. فجاء القرآن وبيّن أن حركة الشّمس محوريّة، وقال بأنّ جميع الأجسام الفلكيّة والأرضيّة متحرّكة. ولهذا فإنّه حين قام الرّياضيّون المحدثون بالتّحقيق والتّدقيق في المسائل الفلكيّة واخترعوا الآلات والأدوات لهذه الغاية، وكشفوا الأسرار ثبت وتحقّق أنّ منطوق القرآن الصّريح صحيح، وأنّ جميع الفلاسفة والرّياضيّين القدامى كانوا على خطأ.
والآن لا بدّ من الإنصاف، ماذا يعني أن يخطئ آلاف الحكماء والفلاسفة والرّياضيّين من الأمم المتمدّنة رغم الدّرس والتّحصيل في المسائل الفلكيّة، وأن يتوصّل شخص أمّيّ من قبائل بادية العرب الجاهليّة -لم يسمع باسم الرّياضيّات- إلى حقيقة المسائل الفلكيّة الغامضة ويحلّ مثل هذه المشكلات الرّياضيّة رغم أنّه نشأ وترعرع في الصّحراء بواد غير ذي زرع! لا شكّ أنّ هذه القضيّة خارقة للعادة. وأنّها حصلت بقوّة الوحي. ولا يمكن الإتيان ببرهان أشفى من هذا ولا أكفى. وهذا غير قابل للإنكار.

"I just came across this audio clip from Sheykh Daneshmand. He gives a sermon trying to warn his audience of the grave threat that Bahai’s pose to them and society at large. Amusingly he describes Baha’is to be people that distinguish themselves by their upright character, clean dress, honesty etc. It is rather comical how in his hate speech he actually portrays a very correct image of the goodness of the Baha’is.......

When tested on the Quran at school, a Bahai would receive 20/20 and a Shiah Muslim would get 2/20(Mind you, we only gave them a score of 2 because we know the student’s dad). I mean, the dad wouldn't be satisfied otherwise and would get angry.
I myself had a Bahai student, a Jewish student, a Christian student. I swear to that I would give 20/20 to a bahai for their personality and behaviour …because I cant give them 30!
In class, a Bahai student wouldn't have any quarrels with anyone, would never swear at anyone, never did he ever stir up the class, (shouts) VERY TIDY APPEARANCE!

Giving Praise Improves Performance

.... recent study involving three groups of young people:

One group was consistently praised for previous performance,

another group was criticized, and the third group was ignored.

Those who were praised improved dramatically, those who were criticized also improved (but not as much), and the group that was ignored barely improved at all.

Charles Schwab said, "I have yet to find the person - however exalted his or her station - who did not do better work and put forth greater effort under a spirit of approval than under a spirit of criticism." By the same token young people who are raised in a spirit of praise and approval are going to be happier, more productive, and more obedient than those who are constantly criticized. Spirit Walk - by Eman

I went for a Spirit walk and in my walk I noticed a yellow flower, I looked at it and continued walking then I saw another yellow flower. Still I let it go and continued walking. Hence, I saw the third one and there where I stopped. I said to myself these flowers are trying to speak to me.

Last yellow flower was very bright, fresh, and shine. Telling me to be happy, smile, joyful, and don’t worry. Because like every one of us has problem in our lives, me too have pain that effected me. Sometimes, my spirit goes down and needs something or someone to uplift my spirit again.

While writings these words, I heard few birds singing and saw the sun shining, I felt peaceful and told my self; everything will be ok, just be bright and shine.

Nice lesson

We received this nice email from one of our friends today:
A young couple moves into a new neighborhood. The next morning while they are eating breakfast, the young woman sees her neighbor hanging the wash outside. 'That laundry is not very clean; she doesn't know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better laundry soap'. Her husband looked on, but remained silent. Every time her neighbor would hang her wash to dry, the young woman would make the same comments. About one month later, the woman was surprised to see a nice clean wash on the line and said to her husband: 'Look, she has learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this'? The husband said, 'I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows.'
And so it is with life....What we see when watching others depends on the purity of the window through which we look!

انتهي القضاء الاداري إلي أحقية البهائيين في ممارسة شعائرهم داخل منازلهم وليس من حقهم إقامة أماكن لممارسة شعائرهم خارج منازلهم‏.‏وقضت المحكمة برئاسة المستشار الدكتور محمد أحمد عطية‏,‏ نائب رئيس المجلس‏,‏ ورئيس محاكم القضاء الاداري بأحقية أحد البهائيين باستخراج بطاقة رقم قومي وترك خانة الديانة دون بيان‏.

"The court stressed that while those who were not followers of the three recognized religions were entitled to identification cards, they were only entitled to practice their religious beliefs within the confines of their homes and were not allowed to have public places of worship as only the religions that the state recognized could be practiced in public spaces.
The court also added that its verdict was not a recognition of the Bahai faith within the framework of the state, but rather that it was an allotted route for those who hold this faith to manage their legal affairs with the state." daily star egypt

حصل الطالب البهائى هادى حسنى الطالب بكلية زراعة الاسكندرية اليوم ( الثلاثاء 11 نوفمبر) على حكم ابتدائى من محكمة القضاء الادارى بمجلس الدولة باصدار بطاقة رقم قومى له تترك فيها خانة الديانة خالية أو شرطة. الحمد لله

أ 567 ألف حالة طلاق 2007 مقابل 48 ألف عقد زواج

صُدمنا بعد قرأتنا لتعليق رئيس قسم علم النفس بكلية الآداب جامعة طنطا على أسباب أرتفاع نسبة الطلاق في مصر والتى أرجعها الى أنتشار منظمات حقوق الإنسان ......... وإليكم نص المقالة المنشورة فى جريدة الدستور:

و"وصف الدكتور عبدالسلام الشيخ ـ رئيس قسم علم النفس بكلية الآداب جامعة طنطا ـ معدل ظاهرة الطلاق في مصر بأنه غير متوازن مع

حالات الزواج سنوياً، وأشار الشيخ في كلمته خلال الندوة التي أقامها المجلس الأعلي للثقافة، إلي أن الطلاق ظاهرة معقدة ويتم فيها الانفصال الجسدي للزوجين عن طريق نطق الزوج لفظ «إنتي طالق» لزوجته، وبعدها تتعدد المشاكل التي تنعكس بدورها علي المجتمع، .....وأكد الشيخ حدوث حالة طلاق كل 6 دقائق ـ حسب إحصائيات الجهاز المركزي للتعبئة والإحصاء ـ التي صدرت ضمن إحصائيات عام 2007 وتضمنت حدوث 1000 حالة طلاق بسبب عدم انجاب الذكر وهناك أيضاً 567 ألف حالة طلاق لهذا العام مقابل 48 ألف عقد زواج فيها هذا العام، ...والمجرمين. وأشار الشيخ إلي أن هناك أسبابا عامة للطلاق أهمها انتشار منظمات حقوق الإنسان والتي تسببت في ارتفاع نسبة الطلاق في الغرب والتي أدت إلي الاكتئاب والخوف من النجاح لدي الكثير من السيدات، هذه المنظمات ساوت بين الرجل والمرأة، حيث أكدت أن عمل المرأة في منزلها يساوي عمل الرجل خارج المنزل مما تسبب في كثير من الخلافات بين الأزواج حول العمل أو البقاء في المنزل.

من مبادئ الدّين البهائيّ المساواة في الحقوق والواجبات بين الرّجال والنّساء. لا تفترق ملكات المرأة الرّوحانيّة وقدراتها الفكريّة والعقليّة، وهما جوهر الإنسان، عمّا أوتي الرّجل منهما. فالمرأة والرّجل سواء في كثير من الصّفات الإنسانيّة، وقد كان خَلْقُ البشر على صورة ومثال الخالق، لا فرق في ذلك بين امرأة ورجل. وليس التّماثل الكامل بين الجنسين في وظائفهما العضويّة شرطًا لتكافئهما، طالما أنّ علّة المساواة هي اشتراكهما في الخصائص الجوهريّة، لا الصّفات العرضيّة. إنّ تقديم الرّجل على المرأة في السّابق كان لأسباب اجتماعيّة وظروق بيئيّة لم يعد لهما وجود في الحياة الحاضرة. ولا دليل على أنّ الله يفرّق بين الرّجل والمرأة من حيث الإخلاص في عبوديّته والامتثال لأوامره؛ فإذا كانا متساويين في ثواب وعقاب الآخرة، فَلِمَ لا يتساويان في الحقوق والواجبات إزاء أمور الدّنيا؟

نقص الحديد لدينا بسبب شرب الشاى

ذكر تقرير حديث صادر عن برنامج الغذاء العالمي التابع للأمم المتحدة أن 55% من المصرين يعانون من نقص حاد في عنصر الحديد في أجسامهم.. وذكر التقرير أن نقص الحديد يعرض أجسام المصريين للعديد من الأمراض الخطيرة..

فوائد التّمر: علاج لفقر الدم (الأنيميا) لاحتوائه على الحديد والنحاس وفيتامين ب2.

توجد أملاح الحديد في أكثر أنواع الخضروات كالبصل والباندورة، والبقول مثل الفول و اللوبيا و الفاصوليا والبسلة وبصورة خاصة يوجد في الخضراوات الو رقية كالسبانخ، والبقدونس، والكرفس، والخس وما شابهها، ويوجد أيضًا في الفواكه كالموز والمشمش والعنب والتين والبلح وفي البذور واللوز، جوز الهند واللحوم والكلاوي والكبد وصفار البيض وغيرها.
ومما هو جدير بالذكر أن الجسم يستطيع أن يستفيد من عنصر الحديد الموجود في البصل والموز بمعدل 90% بينما لا يستفيد من عنصر الحديد الموجود في المواد الغذائية الأخرى بأكثر من 60%، ومن الملاحظ بأن البرتقال يزيد من فعالية امتصاص عنصر الحديد وحيث إن تناول فيتامين ج (سي) يمكن أن يزيد امتصاص الحديد بمعدل 30% فيجدر بالمصابين بفقر الدم أن يتناولوا البرتقال مع الغذاء المحتوي على مادة الحديد لزيادة الاستفادة علمًا بأن مشروب الشاي يعاكس مفعول البرتقال ( أي يقلل من امتصاص الحديد ) http://www.55a.net/firas/arabic/?page=show_det&id=1713&select_page=2

إ"إبراهيم أقام الحجة على عبدة التماثيل بشكل قاطع، كما أقامها على عبدة النجوم والكواكب من قبل بشكل حاسم، وأقام الحجة على "نمرود" وقال {فَإِنَّ اللّهَ يَأْتِي بِالشَّمْسِ مِنَ الْمَشْرِقِ فَأْتِ بِهَا مِنَ الْمَغْرِبِ} وبذلك أقام الحجة على جميع الكافرين. انطلقت شهرة إبراهيم في المملكة كلها. تحدث الناس عن معجزته ونجاته من النار، وتحدث الناس عن موقفه مع الملك وكيف أخرس الملك فلم يعرف ماذا يقول. واستمر إبراهيم في دعوته لله تعالى. بذل جهده ليهدي قومه، حاول إقناعهم بكل الوسائل، ورغم حبه لهم وحرصه عليهم فقد غضب قومه وهجروه، ولم يؤمن معه من قومه سوى امرأة ورجل واحد. امرأة تسمى سارة، وقد صارت فيما بعد زوجته، ورجل هو لوط، وقد صار نبيا فيما بعد. وحين أدرك إبراهيم أن أحدا لن يؤمن بدعوته. قرر الهجرة. قبل أن يهاجر، دعا والده للإيمان، ثم تبين لإبراهيم أن والده عدو لله، وأنه لا ينوي الإيمان، فتبرأ منه وقطع علاقته به. للمرة الثانية في قصص الأنبياء نصادف هذه المفاجأة. في قصة نوح كان الأب نبيا والابن كافرا، وفي قصة إبراهيم كان الأب كافرا والابن نبيا، وفي القصتين نرى المؤمن يعلن براءته من عدو الله رغم كونه ابنه أو والده، وكأن الله يفهمنا من خلال القصة أن العلاقة الوحيدة التي ينبغي أن تقوم عليها الروابط بين الناس، هي علاقة الإيمان لا علاقة الميلاد والدم." نقلا عن موقع اسلاميات
